HAPPINESS IS GOOD HEALTH

Hanif Laghari live in a village Lal Khan Laghari, in rural areas of Sindh, where they don’t have a basic facility of health Today when world is progressing rapidly but we are struggling for our lives. We don’t have any job in our village only our source of living is Goat Farming. We are 14 family members and my father has died recently, after his death responsibility is on my shoulder, I can’t manage to arrange money for my mother’s (Mariyum) treatment on daily basis. They need to take daily medicine but due to limited resources we can not manage it regularly.

In 2017 I heard that here is a free medical dispensary in village Nawab Aziz around five kilometers away from our village where a qualified doctor visits and give free treatment and medicine. My family received free treatment and medicine time to time when we need it. It’s a great initiative taken by Al-Madad Welfare Society where hundreds of villagers of surrounding areas receive free treatment.

Mariyum is now happy and praises Almadad for its mission for the humanity. There is a lot of women like Mariyum in this area and other villages who have the same story but if we take another step and support such places like Mirpurkhas village, Umerkot Islamkot, Mithi, Tharparkar & Nagarparkar. Thousands of patients will receive basic healthcare and recovery.
